Terms & Refunds

These terms cover using this website and working with LAMAN (“we”). Your written quote sets out the exact scope and price of your project. If it says something different from this page, the quote wins.

Prices

Prices on this website are starting points, not final quotes. Your price depends on what your business needs, and we'll confirm it in writing before any work starts. There are no fees on top of what's in your quote.

Deposit and payment

• Work starts once you've paid a deposit of 50% of the project price.
• The remaining 50% is due before your website goes live.

Refunds

• If you cancel while we're still building, we refund half of your deposit (25% of the project price). The other half covers work already done.
• Once your website is live, the project price is not refundable.
