Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data LAMAN (“we”) collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Brunei's Personal Data Protection Order.

What we collect

• Discovery form. Your name, business name and role, email, phone number, a link to your business, and your answers about your business, goals and budget.
• Price survey. Your email, your answers about your business and what you'd pay for a website, and whether you agreed to get LAMAN news. We only send you news if you ticked that box, and every email lets you unsubscribe.
• WhatsApp, email and Threads. Whatever you choose to send us when you message us.
• Visit statistics. Google Analytics tells us how people use the site, like which pages are visited, roughly where from, and on what device. It uses cookies to do this. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Why we use it

To understand your business, prepare a quote, contact you about your project and, if you become a client, build and look after your website. Visit statistics only help us see which pages are useful. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Form answers are stored in Airtable, visit statistics are handled by Google Analytics, and this website is hosted on Vercel. All three are service providers based in the United States, so your data may be stored outside Brunei. We only share it with them so they can provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your details as a record of our conversations and projects with you, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. They stay until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

• Ask to see the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it. We'll remove it within 30 days, except anything we must keep for invoices or other legal records.

Email hello@lamanofficial.com or message us on WhatsApp with your request.
